Hello! I have recently returned from being away for a while along with my group of friends, and we came back on to find that we have some damage done to our claim and a lot of valuables stolen from our chests.

If a staff member could help us out, it would be greatly appreciated.

So apparently a staff member did come on and "fixed it", but they didn't follow the right protocol, they restored all your items there for causing all the items to duplicate.
